FOUR ways to give:
#1. Make a one time gift now.
#2. Become a Frontliner and partner with the Presbyterian Lay Committee every month.
Frontliners are special friends whose recurrent monthly giving through credit card is an ongoing blessing.
What’s the benefit of becoming a Frontliner?
- It saves you from receiving our solicitation letters in the mail, a big plus to many people who love this ministry but would rather see the expenses involved in direct mail fund-raising–printing, paper, production and postage–go toward the work to which God has called this ministry.
- Donating by using an automatic credit card transaction saves you time and postage.
- In addition to The Layman, you also will receive additional news bulletins and opportunities about other timely resources that you can use at home or in your congregation. And each monthly gift will be acknowledged with a tax receipt and a thank-you letter.
The service is free, it’s easy and it’s secure. If circumstances change and you are unable to continue frontline giving, you can end your participation at any time by simply calling the PLC office at 800-368-0110 and asking for Barbara.
To set up automatic monthly charges to your credit card, simply call the PLC office at 800-368-0110 and ask for Barbara.
#3. Include the PLC in your estate plan.
If you have a financial advisor, talk with him or her about including the Presbyterian Lay Committee as a beneficiary of your estate. Your spiritual legacy can insure that generations to come will receive information and equipping that is faithful to the priorities you hold dear.
If you do not have an estate plan call Parker Williamson or Carmen Fowler LaBerge at 800-368-0110 and they will recommend someone who can help.
#4. Give directly from your Donor Advised Fund.
If you have a donor advised fund you can give directly to the Presbyterian Lay Committee through this secure portal.
