The Presbyterian Lay Committee
rejoices in the
decision of the Outreach Foundation and the Presbyterian Frontier
Fellowship to become a missionary sending alliance that is dedicated to
Christ-centered evangelism. Their decision will prove a blessing to many
Presbyterian congregations that have been distressed over the
Presbyterian Church (USA)’s declining commitment to our Lord’s
Great Commission. The integrity of these two agencies will encourage
congregations to entrust mission funds to them, knowing that these gifts
will be used wisely and in keeping with the donors’ intent to
spread the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ throughout the world. We
encourage Presbyterians to welcome this new alliance as a worthy
