By William Barclay

For thousands of pastors and Sunday school teachers, William Barclay’s pithy and perceptive commentaries on Scripture are a standard part of sermon and lesson preparation. The Lord’s Prayer (originally published in 1964 and reissued by Westminster John Knox Press as part of the William Barclay Library) shows Barclay at his best, integrating thoughtful scholarship with spiritual insight and practical application. This new series should extend Barclay’s influence for yet another generation.
